a warm, romantic floral brand, given the operational credibility to work with hotels, restaurants, and commercial buyers.
brand discovery and competitive research, an ai-assisted first-pass prototype rebuilt by hand into a real design system, and a platform decision made through my own cost-benefit pass and a two-platform build hackathon. usability tested twice before launch.
